During the system upgrade period, the company's power supply business outlets (including 24-hour self-service terminals), online State Grid (including small programs), WeChat and Alipay life payment, e-treasure (including electricity bills online banking), ICBC, Bank of China, Bank of Communications and other cooperative banks, Hongqi supermarket, postal and other cooperative channels will suspend the payment of electricity bills.
Please check the balance of your electricity bill in time and purchase electricity in advance. During this period, there will be no power outage in arrears.

During the system upgrade period, the company's various online channels will suspend the acceptance of business applications such as telegraph installation, and if there is a demand, users can still apply and handle on-site at the power supply business outlets under the jurisdiction of the company.

After the system is upgraded, the user's electricity account number is upgraded from the original 10 digits to 13 digits, and the new account number is: 510 + the original household number, and other power supply information remains unchanged.

If there is a fault repair or emergency power demand, you can contact the local power supply business outlets and account managers.
All operations will resume from 8 a.m. on April 24, 2024.
