In the early spring, the sun is warm, and the visual guide is empowered with new energy. In order to deepen the school's teaching management, improve the quality of classroom teaching, and comprehensively optimize the quality of education and teaching, the Chuanshan District Institute of Educational Sciences conducted a school-based theme teaching and research inspection at Chengnan Primary School on April 17.
Step into the classroom
The classroom, as the core place of education and teaching, has attracted in-depth visits from famous teachers. Gong Xiaoning and Yu Fan respectively walked into Mr. Liu Yang's science class "Natural Materials and Artificial Materials" and Mr. Li Yunyun's information technology class "Editing Text" to feel the wonderful interpretation of the class, observe the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom at close range and multi-dimension, and carefully capture and record every dynamic and shining point of the class. After the class, the two faculty members had a face-to-face in-depth exchange with the instructor and provided valuable comments and feedback.

Xiang Xiaorong, a mathematics teacher and researcher, participated in the theme teaching and research activities of the mathematics group, Tang Hairong gave a keynote speech on "Mathematics Exploratory Homework Design", and Xiao Yao, Li Chunyan and Ding Xiaoming shared the design of exploratory homework based on the reality of the classes and disciplines they taught. Teachers highly affirmed and recognized the authenticity and efficiency of our school's mathematics teaching and research activities. She believes that such thematic teaching and research activities have effectively solved the practical problems in teaching, broadened the teaching and research ideas, and demonstrated the characteristics of teachers, which is worthy of praise.
In the English teaching and research activities, the teachers of the English group discussed the construction of group cooperative learning, and the English teacher and researcher Gu Yi came to guide and spoke highly of the positive role played by group cooperative learning in English teaching. She emphasized that this learning method can not only broaden students' learning horizons, but also highlight students' main position, stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in learning, and improve learning efficiency.
Debriefing and communication
After participating in the school-based theme teaching and research and class observation of the school, Vice Principal Wu Ling reported to the inspection group on the development of our school's theme teaching and research, teacher training, team building, and subject research with the title of "Practicing the Integration of Teaching and Evaluation to Create a True Classroom in the South of the City". Gong Xiaoning, director of the inspection group, fully affirmed the teaching and research work of our school, and pointed out the three keys of school-based teaching and research: solving human problems, solving the problems of what to do and how to do it, and solving the problems of evaluation, which further pointed out the direction for the school-based teaching and research of our school.
