Ms. Liu said that she mortgaged her house and car. It wasn't until the fake officer told Ms. Liu that she had encountered problems with her account and needed to pay another deposit to unblock the account, that Ms. Liu realized that something was wrong and came to the police station to report it.
Tan Zheng, a police officer from the Tanxi Police Station of the Xiangcheng Public Security Bureau, said that Ms. Liu is a strong woman with a successful career, and she also has a sense of anti-fraud, and she feels that she will not be deceived.
Xiangcheng police began to investigate Ms. Liu's fraud case in August last year, and 16 people involved in the case were arrested in the following six months, but the main suspect Hui and others are still active in northern Myanmar. Just as the police were preparing to arrest the gang with the Myanmar police, Hui and the other three main suspects had to come to the China-Myanmar border to surrender to the Chinese police because the leader of the fraud gang had run away. Hui and others, who set out from Sichuan and smuggled to northern Myanmar, also truthfully explained how they pretended to be military officers and let the victims be deceived.
Hui said that the company has a full set of military chat skills, including what to talk about at the beginning, and what to do after chatting, all of which have a full set of processes.
Liu, a fraud suspect, said that the common characteristics of the deceived people are single and divorced, and this kind of person has a greater emotional demand. The victim was found from the comment area below Douyin, and was generally found in his thirties to his forties.
Hui said that they didn't play videos, they said that the troops were confidential, and they usually chatted with voices, and asked for warmth every day. Basically, nine out of ten deceived people will invest in financial management, just depending on the amount of money, she believes in the military and thinks that the military will not lie to her. After two years of deception, they have lived in fear every day in northern Myanmar, and even the so-called cutting of their waists is a real fear. Hui said that there is a medical room with a very poor environment in the electric fraud park, which cut off your kidney and squeezed your last bit of value. He said not to have financial dealings with anyone on the Internet, not to chat with strangers, and not to believe that high-paying jobs abroad are fake.
At present, Hui and three others have been transferred to the Xiangcheng police for prosecution on suspicion of fraud and illegally crossing the (country) border.
