Wang Shuo, who is training volleyball with his children, is the head of a fitness club and a coach, he told reporters that this place is not open to the public every Friday morning, but it will provide half a day of free rehabilitation training for dozens of children in the Sunshine Home on Xudong Road, which he has insisted on for more than half a year.
Wang Shuo said that he had been a soldier, and after retiring from the army, he got acquainted with college students who graduated from Hubei University of Arts and Sciences majoring in physical education, and co-founded this sports club in 2020.
Wang Shuo said: "I used to be a soldier, I defended my family and the country in the army, and when I returned to my hometown, I should dedicate myself to help more people in need, so Sunshine Home has this need, and I agreed to it as soon as possible."
Because this group of special children has a certain gap with ordinary children in terms of obedience and comprehension, a simple movement may need to be taught many times, Wang Shuo and the coach of the club have developed a special training plan for the children, according to their athletic ability, divided into basic learning classes and intensive improvement classes to carry out daily training. The basic class includes climbing, climbing, running, jumping, walking, and the advanced class will carry out basic ball exercises, basketball, volleyball, etc.
Under the patient guidance of the coaches, the children's motivation to exercise has become higher and higher, and their self-esteem and self-confidence have been further enhanced.
