The emergency bureau of the joint district, the subordinate towns (streets), etc., regularly inspect the risk parts such as lifting machinery, tower cranes, and high formwork of the project under construction, track and supervise the key links such as electricity consumption and high-altitude work in the construction of the project, arrange special personnel to carry out special spot checks on deep foundation pits and tall formwork, regularly carry out safety risk research and judgment, and have zero tolerance for hidden dangers in production safety to ensure construction safety. Since the beginning of this year, 4 rectification notices have been issued, 4 special spot checks have been carried out, and 110 hidden dangers have been supervised and rectified.
Continue to standardize the quality of the main body of quality responsibility and testing institutions, carry out special random spot checks on quality every quarter, and strictly control the quality of admission materials. The quality evaluation of the work of 135 project supervision institutions under construction, and the business tracking and management of 6 testing institutions in the jurisdiction. Implement standardized management rules for 83 construction site projects in the region. Since the beginning of this year, 48 on-site quality supervision services have been carried out, 11 rectification notices have been issued, and 373 quality complaints have been properly handled.
Use the smart construction site platform to strengthen "online + offline" air pollution prevention and control inspections, and urge construction sites to strictly implement various air pollution prevention and control measures such as wet operation, closed enclosure, and bare soil coverage. Promote the standardization of civilized construction of construction sites under construction, actively apply for green benchmark construction sites, and add 16 green benchmark construction sites. Since the beginning of this year, 115 offline inspections and 2,431 online inspections have been carried out, and 5 projects have been handed over for punishment and corporate credit management has been implemented.
