From the 18th to the 20th, there will be precipitation, cooling, and windy weather in our city: Affected by the eastward movement of the high-altitude trough, it is expected that there will be a precipitation, cooling, and windy weather process in the city from the 18th to the 20th. The main precipitation period was from the night of the 18th to the morning of the 19th, with light to moderate rain in the city, with a total precipitation of 3 to 20 mm; the process was mainly systematic precipitation, accompanied by thunder and lightning and short-term strong winds in the early stage, and the maximum hourly rain intensity was 5 to 10 mm; during the day on the 18th, there were 3 to 4 easterly winds with gusts of 6 or more; on the 20th, most of the city had 3 to 4 northerly winds with gusts of 6 or more. The average daily temperature dropped by 3 to 5 °C, with the lowest temperatures occurring in the early morning of the 20th and 21st, 8 to 12 °C in the north and 10 to 13 °C in the central and southern regions.

In the early stage of precipitation, there were thunder and lightning in some places in the central and western parts of Guanzhong, southern Shaanxi, and Qinba Mountains, and strong convective weather such as short-term heavy rain, with a maximum hourly rainfall intensity of 10~20 mm. Cumulative precipitation in the process: 3~10 mm in northern Shaanxi and northern Guanzhong, 10~25 mm in southern Guanzhong and eastern Shaanxi, 20~40 mm in western Shaanxi, and 50~70 mm locally.
