In order to further strengthen the construction of the local anti-drug social worker team, improve the professional skills and professional quality of anti-drug social workers, and solidly promote the high-quality development of grassroots anti-drug work, recently, Guiyang Sanjiang Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center (hereinafter referred to as Sanjiang Institute) and the Political and Legal Committee of Baiyun District Party Committee organized a large-scale training activity on anti-drug work, and 80 anti-drug social workers from 10 towns (streets) in the district participated in the training.
At the training meeting, the police officers of Sanjiang Institute gave a detailed interpretation of the meaning of social work, the function of social work, and the goals of social work, and deeply analyzed the current drug situation in Guiyang City and the importance of strengthening the construction of anti-drug social workers. During the period, the police of the Sanjiang Institute also interacted with everyone on the specific application of social workers' professional skills in grassroots anti-drug work.

At the end of the event, the responsible comrades of the Baiyun District Narcotics Control Office put forward requirements for the key tasks in the near future and made specific arrangements.
This training effectively improved the professional quality and work ability of anti-drug social workers in the local jurisdiction, further improved the understanding of anti-drug social workers on anti-drug work, and laid a good foundation for building a professional, standardized and professional full-time team of anti-drug social workers. Sanjiang Institute will continue to actively cooperate with the local anti-drug department to carry out six tasks, including anti-drug publicity, psychological counseling, business training, ethics assessment, home visits, and online education development, through the bridge built by the "special integration", and jointly make positive contributions to the successful establishment of the national anti-drug demonstration city.
