This is a very clear signal, that is, to save the German economy, to save the European economy, we have to count on China, the giant of the East that they have always wanted to suppress, but have stood up again and again.
So the dilemma facing US President Joe Biden now is not how to continue to grind Russia's blood by supporting Ukraine.
The more important question now is how to deliver the military aid materials to Ukraine as soon as possible.
Sure enough, Fumio Kishida's visit to the United States has not yet ended, and the true intentions of the United States have begun to be revealed.
On the afternoon of the 17th of this month, Rahm Emmanuel, head of the US Plenipotentiary for Japan, began to make such a speech.
Here's what he said:
"Japan should play a greater role in the development, production and supply of weapons in order to enhance our collective security in the context of conflicts in Ukraine, Gaza and other regions. ”
It must be mentioned here that although after the end of World War II, the United States has been supporting Japan's industrial development.
In order to be able to compete with China for the development of the world industrial market, but more often than not, it is still dominated by civilian industry, and as for the military industry, it is basically the role of some assembly lines, and the actual impact is not very large.
In other words, in the past, the attitude of the United States towards Japan was that I could let you use high-end weapons, but if you wanted to develop and produce them, they had to be controlled within the limits allowed by the United States.
But now at this critical juncture of aid to Ukraine, the United States can't control it so much, so it directly began to allow Japan to increase R&D and production.
That is, in the manufacture of military equipment, the control over Japan will be relaxed, but in return, Japan will give the United States what it wants.
However, this is definitely not a good sign for the regional situation!
First of all, Japan's ambition is by no means as simple as the United States relaxing its arms control, but Japan's greater ambition is to have a greater say in East Asia.
In fact, since the Meiji Restoration in 1868, Japan has always aspired to become the world's top power, but they have chosen the wrong path, and have been politically and diplomatically suppressed and constantly destroyed by the United States for many years.
Well, America's grip on the world is in a subtle decline, and in many places, there is even a power vacuum.
For example, the war in the Gaza Strip that has been raging until now is essentially a loosening of the US grip on the Middle East, and if it had been in the 90s of the last century, Hamas would not have had a chance to succeed.

It produces six Lockheed Martin F-35s a year and is responsible for providing maintenance services for F-35 fighters deployed in Japan.
In this way, Japan's military production has made a qualitative leap!
At the same time, however, for China, which is also in East Asia, Japan and the United States have to be vigilant against the latest big moves, and Japan has been trying to use the "Taiwan Strait" to contain China for many years, and Fumio Kishida has even shouted: "If there is something wrong with Taiwan, there is something wrong with Japan."
Once the United States relaxes its control over Japan's weapons development, then as Japan's participation in the regional situation deepens, the regional situation will become even more confusing and uncertain!
