She conscientiously studied mediation knowledge, obtained the labor dispute mediator certificate and the labor relations coordinator level certificate, and created the "elemental review" working method of labor legal services in the street trade union service station, which significantly improved the quality and efficiency of work while meeting the diversified consulting needs. Since 2003, Yu Na has been actively involved in public welfare undertakings in her spare time, and has been sponsoring children in poor areas in Biaomahe Village, Honghe County, Yunnan Province for a long time, and has taken out 200 yuan from her salary of more than 800 yuan per month for 7 consecutive years as a subsidy, until the target is admitted to university. Since 2013, he has been taking advantage of holidays to go to the home of the lonely and widowed elderly in Datun community to help and care for 4 years until the death of the elderly. In 2016, she saw the news that Dangshan's 80 million catties of apples were unsalable, and urgently contacted familiar network dealers and relatives and friends who ran transportation, and successfully helped fruit farmers sell 200,000 catties of apples by using the strong communication power of the online network. Li Gen, male, Han nationality, born in October 1985, member of the Communist Party of China, full-time member of the Disabled Persons' Federation of Stadium Road Street, with a second-degree severe physical disability.
In 2015, Li Gen joined the Disabled Persons' Federation of Gymnasium Road Street and became a "full-time member of the disabled committee" in the community.
Li Gen serves disabled residents in the Xitang community.
Since the day he devoted himself to the cause of the disabled in the streets, "helping the weak" has become Li Gen's work pursuit. Physical disability did not become an obstacle to work, but because of empathy, he regarded every disabled person as "himself" and served more attentively and emotionally. He overcame his mobility difficulties and walked the streets and alleys every day, gradually building a community service grid for the disabled. He made full use of the experience accumulated in daily work to handle various businesses, sorted out the processing conditions, corresponding standards, grade differences, preparation materials and various welfare and security policies for each type of disabled person's certificate, and compiled the "Office Application Tool Book of the Disabled Persons' Federation" in the Gymnasium Road Street, so as to facilitate the disabled in the jurisdiction to understand and enjoy the policies.
