"In Bajin Village, Yata Town, we have implemented high-standard farmland projects and water conservancy infrastructure projects by investing bridging funds, poverty alleviation funds and other project funds to help the people transform the land, change the land from small to large, improve the conditions for land planting, and transform the soil fertility of the land to make the planting conditions better.
