Fengdong New Town Optoelectronic Information Industrial Park
The project is located in Fengdong New Town, Xixian New District, focusing on four industrial directions, including optoelectronic information, communication network, artificial intelligence, and big data application, to build R&D office buildings, high-standard workshops and related supporting facilities. It is expected to be completed and put into use in 2025, and a number of optoelectronic technology innovation enterprises will be introduced after completion, with an estimated annual output value of 1.4 billion yuan and more than 2,000 jobs.
At present, the main construction of buildings 1, 2, 6 and 7 has been completed, and the construction of the remaining buildings is underway.
Fengdong Advanced Manufacturing Specialized and New Industrial Park
The project is located in the north of Fengye 1st Road, south of Fengyue Road and west of Tianzhang 4th Road in Fengdong New Town, with a total construction area of about 58,600 square meters, mainly building a production center for 1,000 gas extraction directional drilling rigs, a production center for surface drilling equipment and a special drilling tool production center, and a R&D and production center for measurement while drilling system. After reaching production, the cumulative output value of about 5.3 billion yuan can be achieved in five years, 1,500 people will be employed, 300 high-end technical talents will be attracted, and 5 new R&D institutions will be established.
At present, the project has been fully started, the temporary road, earthwork clearance, exhibition hall construction has been completed, the earthwork excavation of the 1# building and the 4# building has been completed, and the foundation pit support pile of the 1# building has also been completed.
Qin Chuangyuan (Jinghe)
Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Industrial Park (Phase II)
The project is located in the Jinghe New Town Two-Chain Integration Demonstration Park, mainly building 10 single buildings, including 8 factories, 1 comprehensive supporting building, 1 garbage room and supporting facilities such as roads, squares and greening in the park, which will drive the integrated development of the hydrogen energy industry chain, innovation chain, talent chain and capital chain in the jurisdiction and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
At present, the main structure construction of the 1#, 2# and 3# buildings of the project is underway, and the main structure of the 4# and 10# buildings is capped, and the secondary structure construction will begin soon.
Qin Chuangyuan Jinghe Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park
The project is located in the north of Jinghe Avenue in Jinghe New Town, west of Jinghe Industrial Incubation Center and Industrial Incubation Base, and is divided into three phases of development and construction, with 15 multi-form buildings planned. Relying on headquarters enterprises, growing enterprises, and small and micro enterprises to build an upstream and downstream chain industrial layout, the park has formulated an industrial positioning dominated by scientific and technological research and development and achievement transformation, with photovoltaic, hydrogen energy, semiconductors, digital technology, and high-end manufacturing services as the core, and led the high-quality development of the region with scientific and technological innovation.
At present, the first phase of the 6 single main structure has been fully capped, the secondary structure construction has been completed, the exterior curtain wall and interior fine decoration construction is underway; the second phase of the 3 single buildings to complete the main structure capping and secondary structure construction, 1#, 2# building is in the process of installation engineering, the steel structure corridor hoisting has been completed 40%, the 3# building has completed the installation project; the third phase has completed the earthwork excavation and foundation pit support, and some buildings have been constructed to plus or minus zero.
