In the first round of centralized investigation of the monitoring and assistance to prevent the return to poverty in 2024, the rural two levels found that her family's income structure was single and the rigid expenditure was large, which led to economic difficulties and it was difficult to solve practical problems by relying on her own development.
"After the discovery of the two levels of the village, according to the actual situation of household income and expenditure, the development of a support plan, one is to be included in the monitoring of the object and the second category of low-income households, for the children to enjoy the corresponding range of education subsidies; the second is to guide the active development of planting and breeding and other characteristic industries, free of charge to provide fertilizer and agricultural film and other agricultural materials; the third is to take the initiative to provide employment training, and actively connect with the township enterprises to provide nearby jobs. The relevant person in charge of the Mulin Township Government told reporters. For groups like Li Liechai, our city has always strengthened dynamic monitoring, and resolutely regarded the prevention of large-scale return to poverty as the bottom-line task of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. The reporter learned that up to now, this year, the city has newly identified 834 people from 180 households, with a total of 44,453 people from 11,240 households, and 314 households have been self-declared through the "one-click poverty reporting" system, with a total of 6,965 households and a completion rate of 99.9%. The city continues to promote the "four circles of management" measures, efficiently operates the "one-click poverty reporting" mechanism, expands information coverage to all rural households, uses multi-departmental data to strengthen screening and early warning, carries out large-scale investigations, and opens "green channels" for rural households that are at risk of returning to poverty and meet policy regulations, so as to improve monitoring efficiency and make sure that everything is covered. We should persist in combining development-based assistance with comprehensive guarantees, actively explore measures and methods for implementing policies by category, and strive to improve the skills and quality of low-income rural populations who have the ability to work, and strengthen industrial and employment assistance; Adhere to the implementation of policies according to local conditions and households, and complete the improvement and update of the "clear paper" of the assistance policy, the "one household one policy" for the uneliminated risks and newly identified monitoring objects by the end of March, and do a good job of tracking and implementation. Strictly implement the requirements of the "seven non-elimination", resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of marking the exit in advance before the risk is stably eliminated, and analyze the crux of the problem on a household-by-household and person-by-person basis for the monitoring objects that have not been eliminated for more than two years, formulate targeted measures to strengthen the elimination of risks, and weave a dense safety net to prevent the return to poverty.

Employment is the "golden key" to sustained income growth. By continuously strengthening services and actively helping others, our city has injected "new kinetic energy" into stable employment. This year, our city will continue to do a good job in organized labor transfer, carry out in-depth actions to prevent poverty from returning to employment, screen and find out the needs of migrant workers, establish a work ledger for poverty alleviation, and adopt order-based training, work-for-training, Continuing education and other means to help the population lifted out of poverty master a skill, and stabilize the annual transfer of the labor force out of poverty and the employment scale of the target of monitoring to more than 180,000 people; At the same time, we will comprehensively use policies such as financial incentives and subsidies, financial support, and land incentives to promote the quality and efficiency of rural employment factories (assistance workshops), increase the intensity of work-for-relief, standardize the management of rural public welfare posts, and steadily resettle more than 27,000 people who have been lifted out of poverty.
