Recently, the final evaluation results of the 2023 Most Beautiful Rural Public Cultural Space Exchange and Exhibition Activity were announced, and only 2 projects in Fujian Province were on the list, and the Thirteen Cuo Contemporary Art Museum in Minhou County was on the list!
13 Cuo Museum of Contemporary Art
The 13 Cuo Museum of Contemporary Art, located in the ancient village style area of Xujia Village, opened on September 26, 2023, with an area of about 1,110 square meters. Based on the characteristic human resources of prefecture-level cities, the 13 Cuo Museum of Contemporary Art organically combines local characteristic culture with modern art industry to realize the integration of industry and city.
After the renovation, the 13 houses aim to display and promote contemporary art, and hold various art activities and theme exhibitions from time to time, providing an open and interactive platform for artists, art lovers and the public. Therefore, the 13 Cuo Contemporary Art Museum has not only carried the humanistic and historical style, but also become the breeding base of new art and culture.

According to the work arrangement, the National Public Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism organized the expert review of the exchange and display activities of the most beautiful rural public cultural space in 2023. According to the evaluation rules, the expert group reviewed and produced the TOP60 list of the most beautiful rural public cultural spaces (innovative cases) in 2023 and the top 20 most beautiful rural public cultural spaces (space design) in 2023, which are now being announced.
