SIE and developers Sucker Punch Productions and Nixxes Software have released new news about the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut, including PC configurations, PlayStation Mode support for PC and PS5, PS4 users, and a new PlayStation Overlay feature.
The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut includes: the full game, the "Iki Island" expansion pack, and the online co-op multiplayer mode "Strange Tales Mode".
Thanks to cross-platform support, "Strange Story" players on Windows PCs can team up with players on PS4 and PS5 consoles and communicate using in-game voice chat. PC players will need to sign in to their PSN account in order to play Strange Tales Mode.
Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut is the first PlayStation game to feature the new PlayStation overlay feature on PC, with your friends list, trophies, settings, and profile. This feature is available for Windows PCs and can be accessed through the in-game menu or, for keyboard players, by pressing the "SHIFT + F1 shortcut" on the keyboard.
When playing the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima, players can earn PlayStation trophies just like they would on a PlayStation console. The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut shares the same trophy set as the PS5 version. This means that if a player previously played Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut on PS5 with the same PlayStation Network account and unlocked the trophy, the same trophy will be unlocked when playing with that account on the PC version.
In addition, the PC version has full support for the Steam and Epic Games Store achievements system.

Although only a GTX 960 graphics card is required to get started, an RTX 2060/RX 5600XT graphics card is recommended, with an RTX 3070 or RX 6800 graphics card required for high special effects, and an RTX 4080 or RX 7900XT graphics card for extreme special effects.
The PC version of the game fully supports ultra-widescreen displays, including 21:9 and 32:9 and even 48:9 ratios with fish screens, as well as triple screens.
