On April 17, the Wuda District People's Court held a press conference on the work of effectively resolving difficulties in enforcement, reporting on the progress of enforcement work, publishing a list of judgment defaulters, and answering questions from reporters.
In 2024, the Wuda District People's Court will be identified as one of the 13 pilot courts in the autonomous region for "Effectively Resolving Difficulties in Enforcement at the Grassroots Level", continuing to improve the overall pattern of comprehensive governance of enforcement under the leadership of the Party committee, innovating and optimizing the "big center + small team" work model, and making efforts in three key aspects: helping to improve the quality and efficiency of enforcement cases from the source of enforcement, solidly advancing the work of "effectively resolving difficulties in enforcement", and promoting the construction of creditworthiness with judicial credibility, to vigorously promote the high-level operation of enforcement indicators. Up to now, 372 cases have been accepted and 202 cases have been closed, with a case completion rate of 54.3%, and the amount of the subject matter in place is 69.4133 million yuan, the time to close the case has been shortened by 10.56 days year-on-year, and the quality and efficiency of the enforcement case have been significantly improved. 380 persons subject to enforcement were disclosed, 42 final cases were disclosed, and 26 judicial auctions were disclosed, with a 100% disclosure rate of trial process information. Continue to increase the force of punishments for untrustworthiness, including 50 items in the list of restrictions on high consumption and 20 items in the list of untrustworthy persons this year, 17 measures restricting high consumption have been revoked in accordance with laws and regulations, and 23 pieces of information on untrustworthy enterprises and personnel have been blocked.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Wuda District People's Court, in 2024, the Wuda District People's Court will publish the list of the untrustworthy every 2 months through the district-level official media, expose all the untrustworthy personnel, and let the "old lai" have nowhere to hide by sowing the "sky net".
In the next step, the Wuda District People's Court will make every effort to improve the quality and efficiency of cases and judicial credibility, first, make full use of the implementation of punishment measures, resolutely crack down on refusal to enforce crimes and false lawsuits, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law. The second is to make full use of enforcement measures, increase the force of publicity on creditworthiness, explore credit restoration mechanisms for automatic performance, and further complete the establishment of a creditworthiness system that covers the entire society. The third is to severely crack down on refusal to enforce, focus on overcoming the problem of "difficulty in enforcement", clarify the boundary between "ineffective enforcement" and "inability to enforce", promptly honor the people's rights and interests in winning lawsuits, and effectively enhance the people's satisfaction and sense of gain in enforcement work.
