Notice on publicly soliciting opinions on the proposed cancellation of the pedestrian crossing line in the Haixin Square section of the Minghu Viaduct
Since 2021, a total of 22 simple traffic accidents and 6 vehicle collision pedestrian accidents have occurred, and after soliciting the opinions of the streets and residents in the jurisdiction, it is proposed to cancel the pedestrian crossing line of the Haixin Square section of the Minghu Viaduct, according to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it is now open to the public for comments, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The specific location of the pedestrian crossing line to be cancelled
Minghu Viaduct Haixin Square Road Section (about 220 meters east of Zhongshan Avenue Xiangyang Road Intersection)
2. The start and end time of public solicitation of comments
April 17, 2024 to April 21, 2024 at 5 p.m
