On the afternoon of April 16, Zhou Haiying, deputy secretary of the district party committee and head of the district, presided over the 81st executive meeting of the district government to carry out special learning around the "development and application practice of large model industry". This executive meeting invited Yan Hailun, head of volcano engine strategy research, to give a special lecture on "Development and Application Practice of Large Model Industry". Hailun Yan has 15 years of relevant work experience, serving as a mentor of the unicorn program of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and has in-depth research and practical experience in enterprise digital transformation and AI transformation practice, national and regional digital industry development planning, digital government and smart city construction. This lecture deeply analyzed the development trend of the large model industry, and combined with rich application cases, it expounded the practice of model development to help enterprise transformation, and put forward valuable policy suggestions.
Zhou Haiying pointed out that at present, the application of artificial intelligence technology in various fields of economy and society is becoming more and more in-depth and extensive, and the forward-looking layout of large-scale model future industries is a must for Yangpu to build a "1+2+3+4" innovative modern industrial system, and it is also a necessary move to develop new quality productivity. We should focus on promoting industrial agglomeration and upgrading, increase policy services, actively introduce enterprises in the large model ecosystem, strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, support the research and development of key algorithms, and strive to form competitive advantages in key segments. It is necessary to focus on creating benchmark demonstration scenarios, focusing on the field of vertical large models, supporting the exploration of "large model +" life and health, cultural creativity, financial technology, etc., carrying out innovative applications of large model technology and solutions, empowering the intelligent transformation and upgrading of various industries, and creating a hot land for the development of the artificial intelligence large model industry.
