In order to further strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the center and promote the healthy development of various undertakings of the kindergarten school, in accordance with the spirit and relevant provisions of the "Interim Regulations on Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions" (Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the "Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Gansu Province" (Gan Banfa [2011] No. 22), combined with the actual work needs of our center, the Education Bureau of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center will now recruit 15 teaching personnel for the public in 2024. The relevant matters of recruitment are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and numbers

There are 8 professional and technical positions in public institutions: 2 in high school Chinese, 2 in high school mathematics, 1 in high school politics, 1 in high school history, 1 in financial personnel, 1 school doctor, 3 in Dongfeng Primary School: 1 in information technology, 1 in art, 1 school doctor, 4 in Dongfeng kindergarten, and 4 in preschool education. 15 in total. 2. Qualifications of candidates

In addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the "Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Gansu Province", applicants must also meet the following conditions:

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the basic political rights of citizens.

Love education, care for students, have good ideological and political quality and professional ethics. Abide by the law, teach and educate people, be a role model, and be willing to contribute to the development of the kindergarten and teaching research.

(2) Have the required academic qualifications, majors and skills for the post. Among them, the recruitment object is oriented to the society, and the academic qualifications and majors (professional directions) marked on the graduation certificates of the candidates should be consistent with the academic qualifications and majors (professional directions) required by the recruitment positions. Applicants must be born after April 12, 1988.

3. Recruitment procedures and methods

This open recruitment follows the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit, and selects and hires in accordance with open conditions, open registration, open examination and open supervision. The recruitment work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, registration, qualification review, receipt of admission ticket, written examination, interview, announcement of results, physical examination, inspection, recruitment announcement, filing, examination and approval, and employment. The specific procedure is as follows:

(1) Publish an announcement

It was published on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, and reprinted simultaneously on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

(2) Registration

This recruitment will be carried out by on-site registration

(3) Qualification review

1. Materials to be submitted during qualification review:

(1) The original and photocopy of the ID card, the original and photocopy of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate, the Putonghua certificate of Class II A and above must be held for engaging in language teaching, the Putonghua certificate of Class II B and above for other disciplines, and the original and photocopy of the certificate of 425 points and above in the English National Level 4 Examination.

(2) The original and photocopy of the academic degree and degree certificate, if the candidate has not obtained the academic degree and degree certificate, the relevant certificate of the institution must be issued (the certificate must indicate the academic level, the major and the time when the academic degree and degree certificate were obtained and graduated on time).

2. Submit 2 copies of the "Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center Education Bureau 2024 Open Recruitment Career Preparation Teaching Staff Registration Form" (see Annex 2) on site (each copy is pasted with a 2-inch color recent bareheaded photo, printed on the front and back, filled in the information, and signed under the integrity commitment letter on the back).

4. Other matters: The registration information submitted by the applicant must be true, accurate and valid, and meet the application conditions for the selected position, otherwise the consequences shall be borne by me. The academic qualifications and majors (major directions) information submitted should be consistent with the professional information on the graduation certificate and meet the requirements of the recruitment announcement. In-service personnel with a work unit must provide a certificate of approval of the unit issued by the department with personnel management authority. For those who provide false information and affect the results of the registration review, once discovered, the qualification will be cancelled immediately, and it will be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions" (Order No. 35 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

(4) Collect the admission ticket

Those who have passed the qualification examination will be reviewed and confirmed by the school's open recruitment leading group to print the admission ticket on the spot.

(5) Examination arrangements

The open recruitment examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview, no teaching materials are specified, no examination scope is delineated, and no counseling and training is not held or entrusted to any institution.

1. Written test

The content of the written test is mainly the professional knowledge required for the recruitment position and the general knowledge related to education and teaching.

(1) Written test form: The written test is organized in a closed book form (entrusting a third party to propose), with a time of 120 minutes and a total score of 100 points.

(2) Time and place of the written test: Please refer to the admission ticket.

(3) Written test opening ratio: In principle, the written test opening ratio is not less than 3:1 for the number of people receiving admission tickets for each position and the recruitment plan, and if it is less than 3:1, the minimum control line is 65 points, and candidates who do not reach the minimum score line are not allowed to enter the next link.

(4) Announcement of written test results: The results will be announced on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education and the public notice board of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center within 2-3 working days after the end of the written test (please pay attention to the candidates).

2. Interview

(1) Announcement of the list of interviewers: according to the ratio of the number of interviews for each position and the number of recruitment plans 3:1, the interview candidates will be determined according to the order of the written test results from high to low; the minimum control line is 65 points, and the candidates who do not reach the minimum score line shall not enter the next link. The list of candidates for the interview and the time for receiving the interview notice will be announced on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education and the public notice of the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

(2) Receive the interview notice: Those who have obtained the interview qualification should go to the office of the Education Bureau of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center to collect the interview notice at the specified time (if they fail to collect it on time, they will be deemed to have given up automatically).

(3) The time and place of the interview are subject to the interview notice.

(4) Interview method: The interview consists of two parts: on-site lecture and defense, and the results are based on a 100-point system, which is highlighted on the spot, announced on the spot, and signed and confirmed by the examinee.

(6) The overall score is determined

1. Determination of test scores: The total score is calculated according to the sum of the ratio of 50% of the written test score ×× and 50% of the interview score, that is, the test score = × 50% of the written test score + 50% of the interview score ×; If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be ranked first, and if the written test score is also the same, the ranking order will be determined by additional test interview.

2. Announcement of the total scores: The total scores of the candidates will be announced on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education and the public notice board of the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center according to the ranking and disciplines (please pay attention to it at any time).

(7) Physical examination

The physical examination objects shall be determined in equal amounts according to the order of the total score of the recruitment position from high to low. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial)" and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), and the physical examination work will be organized by the Education Bureau of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. If you have any objections to the results of the physical examination, you can apply for a re-examination within 3 days of receiving the results of the physical examination, and the re-examination will only be carried out once, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. The time, place and hospital of the physical examination shall be designated by the school, and the candidates will be notified by phone or WeChat. The physical examination and re-examination are all carried out in the designated tertiary general hospital or above.

(1) Applicants should strictly abide by the regulations and requirements of the physical examination, make the identity true and effective, and conscientiously complete all the physical examination items. For serious violations of discipline and rules such as falsification or concealment of true information (such as concealment of diseases and medical history that affect employment), resulting in distortion of physical examination results, they shall not be hired.

(2) Applicants who fail to arrive at the designated place at the specified time and fail to complete the physical examination of the specified items within the time limit specified by the unit shall be deemed to have waived their rights automatically.

(8) Investigation

1. Inspection: The inspection team composed of the Education Bureau of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and the kindergarten school will inspect the candidates who have passed the physical examination to access the files or contact the original colleges and universities, mainly to examine the candidates' political performance, moral character, work performance, academic performance, qualifications, etc., and review their qualifications.

2. Handling of inspection problems: Those who provide false materials, conceal the truth or have other behaviors that hinder the inspection work during the inspection process, interfere with or affect the objective and fair investigation, will not be hired.

3. Conduct inquiries into the personnel to be hired, and if there are any of the circumstances provided for in the "Opinions on the Establishment of a System for Faculty and Staff Access to Inquire into Information on Sexual Assault Violations and Crimes" and the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Professional Prohibition System", they will not be hired.

4. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examinations, inspections, inquiries or abandonment by myself shall be filled in equal amounts according to the total score of the post from high to low.

(9) Determine the personnel to be hired

According to the results of the candidate's examination (written examination, interview), physical examination and inspection, and in accordance with the principle of merit, submit it to the meeting of the leading group for open recruitment of the center to determine the personnel to be hired.

(10) Publicity

The list of candidates to be hired will be publicized on the website of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, and the publicity time will be 7 working days. After the publicity has no objection, it will be submitted to the leading group of the center's open recruitment work for approval (the vacancies in the publicity and subsequent links will not be filled).

(11) Filing employment

After the meeting of the Party Committee of the Education Bureau of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center to study and determine the personnel to be hired, it shall be reported to the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for the record, and the employment procedures shall be handled. (For the hiring of personnel, the post level shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the post establishment management, the unit shall sign the employment contract, cash the corresponding treatment, and go through the relevant formalities such as archives in accordance with the regulations.) In accordance with the relevant regulations, the probationary period system shall be implemented for the hired personnel. At the expiration of the probationary period, qualified personnel will be formally hired, and unqualified personnel will be cancelled).

4. Other matters

(1) Applicants shall not apply for recruitment positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired, that is, positions in employers where persons who have a husband and wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close in-law relationship serve as leading members, as well as positions with other influencing circumstances. For specific circumstances of recusal, please refer to the "Provisions on the Recusal of Personnel Management of Public Institutions".

(2) If the applicant commits fraud in any link, his or her examination qualification or employment qualification shall be cancelled in accordance with the regulations.

(3) Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities shall not be hired if they cannot obtain the academic qualifications and degrees specified in the position (major) before July 31, 2024 with their graduation certificates, etc., and shall not be hired if they cannot obtain the academic qualifications and degrees specified in the position (major) before going through the employment procedures;

(4) After receiving the employment notice, the proposed employment target must report on time within the specified time. If the time limit is overdue without a legitimate reason and the circumstances are not explained, the employment qualification shall be revoked.

(5) The personnel to be hired shall serve in the unit for at least 6 years, and shall be agreed when signing the employment contract, otherwise they will not be hired.

(6) Retired college students and soldiers shall be given priority in recruitment under the same conditions.

(7) The whole process of recruitment shall be supervised by the discipline inspection department of the Social Service Department of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.
