Songshan Lake's 2024 autumn enrollment work is about to start, before the individual registration of A2 and B personnel, the unit needs to register an account or update the account information (existing account) on the "Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform", and individuals can register. In order to facilitate further registration, the relevant matters related to the registration, update and change of the account of the enrollment system are hereby notified as follows:
1. Registration and information update time and application website
(1) Time for offline submission of materials and time for updating online information: April 17, 2024 to the end of registration in the fall of 2024.
(2) Application website: https://sslzs.dg.cn
2. Unit account registration
(1) Target: Units that have not applied for an account on the Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform
(2) Registration process
1. Submit the following three materials to Songshan Lake Education Management Center on site:
(1) Application form for account registration of enterprises and institutions on Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform (Annex 2);
(2) A copy of the Unified Social Credit Code Certificate with an official seal (handwritten with the latest date);
(3) A copy of the ID card of the enrollment administrator with the official seal.
2. The Education Management Center reviews the information, opens an account, and sends the account password to the enrollment administrator's mobile phone by SMS.
3. The enrollment administrator logs in to the enrollment system to complete the unit information and materials, and submits it for review;
3. Update the original account information of the unit
(1) Target: Units that already have an account on the Songshan Lake enrollment management platform
(2) Process
1. If the enrollment administrator of the unit is changed, the on-site submission of materials shall be submitted according to the three materials in "II. Unit Account Registration (II) Registration Process". After submitting the materials on the spot, log in to the Songshan Lake enrollment management platform after receiving the new account and password to update the unit information in 2024. After the legal person of the unit is changed, after submitting the materials on the spot, log in to the Songshan Lake enrollment management platform with the original account to update the unit information in 2024.
2. To update the basic information of the unit (such as office address, business scope, etc.), the enrollment administrator shall log in to the Songshan Lake enrollment management platform by himself, update the enterprise information to the latest of the year, and upload the information in items 1 and 2 in the "2. Unit Account Registration (2) Registration Process", which does not need to be submitted on site, but must be logged in to the system to upload the stamped version of the information.
Note: If you change the Admissions Administrator, the original account will become invalid.
4. Related matters
(1) According to the needs of the work, the Songshan Lake Education Management Center will launch the new website "Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform" on April 16, 2024.

(2) Click "New Link" at the top right of the old website to enter. The old website information is no longer updated.
(2) Address for offline submission of materials: C11 and C12 windows in the special service area of the service hall on the first floor of the Songshan Lake Civic Center. (Songshan Lake Civic Center implements a full reservation system, make an appointment first and then do things, visitors should make an appointment in advance in the "Songshan Lake Civic Center", "iGuanjia" official account and iGuanjia APP)
(3) For details of the operation in the system, please refer to the "2024 Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform Unit Registration and Information Update Guidelines" (Annex 1)
(4) If the new registration or change of enterprise information needs to submit the "Application Form for Account Registration of Enterprises and Institutions on the Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform" and the "Account Information Change Form of Enterprises and Institutions on the Songshan Lake Enrollment Management Platform", please go to the site for handling before the enrollment registration.

(1) New account registration
The enterprise enrollment administrator needs to go to the education department to submit paper materials on site, and the education department will open an account on the spot, and the account password will be sent to the mobile phone of the enterprise enrollment manager by SMS.
(2) Original account
If you already have a unit account, log in to the system to update the unit information in 2024, and at the same time, the paper materials will be updated with the official seal and uploaded.

2. Unit registration and information update
(1) Unit information
Please follow the prompts in the fields and fill in the unit information truthfully. Fields marked with a red * are mandatory. If there is a discrepancy in the filling requirements, when you click Submit, there will be a red font below the field to prompt an error, please correct it according to the prompts. Note: The registered address should be consistent with the content on the business license.
(2) Submission of materials
You can upload common image files, such as jpg, png, etc. Please select a clear picture that matches the content of the data item when uploading, the size should not be less than 20KB, and the size should not exceed 2MB, after selecting the image, click the upload button and wait for the upload to be completed;
After all the information items have been uploaded, please carefully check whether the information in each step of your information is correct, and click the Confirm and Submit button in the second step to submit your application to the Education Bureau. Please be patient and wait for the review by the relevant departments.
3. Description of the status of the application
Enter the URL https://sslzs.dg.cn click the "Enterprise Management" box on the main interface, and you can see the review status of the enterprise application in the pop-up prompt box.
(1) Your business information needs to be updated
The enterprise information to be updated means that the registered enterprise unit needs to update the enterprise information before the enrollment of the new year, such as the update of the tax and enterprise enrollment preferential information of the previous year.
(2) Your business application has been submitted and is being reviewed by the relevant departments
This indicates that your application is still under review.
(3) Your enterprise application has not been reviewed by the Education Bureau, please update it and submit it again
When a business application is rejected, you will receive an SMS alert on your account phone. Please modify and update the enterprise information in a timely manner, and click View Result to query to view the reason for rejection, and submit it again after the update.
(4) Your business application has been approved
When the enterprise application is approved, your account phone will also receive an SMS reminder. After that, employees can apply for degrees.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
(1) I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your mobile phone number in the pop-up box, and reset your password after obtaining verification.
(2) The image exceeds the size limit
In order to save server storage resources and network resources, we limit the size of uploaded images to less than 2M. Most of today's phones have very high pixels, and they take more than 2M photos. If you don't know how to set camera parameters or process images, you can send the picture to your family using WeChat, and then save the picture in your WeChat chat history (don't click Save original image when saving). WeChat will automatically compress the image. You can then upload the compressed image.
