From March 13 to March 17, 2024, our bureau organized the registration of the Poly Qilanhai Housing Project, and a total of 1,682 families were registered. On March 19, Sanya Baohong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. organized 1,682 registered families to carry out the lottery work of Poly Qilanhai Anju Housing Project. On March 23, the selection of candidates with the order number 1-1037 was completed. Due to various reasons, the project returned 23 sets of houses, and it is planned to carry out the batch of housing selection work for the candidates with the selection sequence number 1038-1682, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

3. Room selection process
The selection of the work entrusted to the notary notarization, the applicant with the ID card in the 14:30-15:00 period of sign-in, 15:00 according to the selection of the order number of the remaining housing lottery selection work, until the end of the selection. If the applicant is unable to attend and needs to entrust others to choose a room, he or she must go through the notarization and entrustment procedures in advance. Those who arrive at the scene after the order number of the house selection will be ranked at the end of the family who is present for the house selection on the same day; those who have called the number but have not been present at the end of the house selection will be deemed to have given up the qualification of the project to select the house.
4. Other matters
(1) After selecting the house, the applicant must sign the "Housing Selection Confirmation" with Sanya Baohong Industrial Development Co., Ltd., and the applicant who does not sign it shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for the placement of the housing project.
(2) After the successful selection of the house, it is strictly forbidden to change the room number, and the violator will be disqualified from purchasing the house.
