"In order to consolidate the achievements of the theme education and help rural revitalization, our County Disabled Persons' Federation and Eye Hospital will carry out 500 free cataract surgeries for disabled households, low-income households and families of military martyrs, which will enable more cataract patients to regain their sight and effectively reduce the occurrence of blindness due to illness and return to poverty due to blindness. It is understood that the "Helping Rural Revitalization - Cataract Restoration Project" will be reimbursed by the basic medical insurance for urban and rural employees and the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents, and the county Disabled Persons' Federation will subsidize 800 yuan for each patient. Ensure that all cataract surgeries for licensed disabled persons, low-income households, and military martyrs' dependents are free of charge, and other cataract patients bear a small amount of remaining expenses.
