On April 13, Shaanxi Provincial and Municipal Tumor Standardized Nursing Joint Grassroots Lecture Tour was held in Jingyang County Hospital. Subsequently, the participants were divided into groups for theoretical and on-site guidance training. At the training meeting, expert Xie Juan gave a detailed interpretation of the key points and instructions of the evaluation of the "Evaluation Standards for Further Improving Nursing Services in Shaanxi Province (Trial)", and pointed out the direction for how to effectively implement the requirements of the document standards. Experts Li Lianxiang, Zhang Rui, Zhang Yu and Wang Xiaohong respectively trained on "Management Practice of Vascular Catheter-related Infection", "Diagnosis and Treatment of Catheter-related Bloodstream Infection", "Clinical Significance and Progress of Implantable Drug Delivery Devices", and "PICC Bundle Management Strategy".
The workshop was divided into 5 groups of students to practice under the guidance of experts Yang Jing and Zhang Chunyi.
Experts Yao Cong, Jin Yan and Guo Pingli, and experts Ouyang Xueqian, Zhang Rui, Li Jie and Zheng Maomao respectively went deep into the Department of Digestive Hematology and Oncology and the Department of Intensive Care Medicine to provide guidance on patient nursing difficulties and suspicious bedside rounds.
At the same time, management experts and primary nursing managers met face-to-face to discuss and exchange views on nursing quality control, talent training, continuing education, humanistic care, discipline construction, and department management.
