In order to fully implement the party's organizational line in the new era, further promote the standardization and institutionalization of the organizational life of the party branch, and enhance the political and organizational functions of the party organization. In accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and relevant intra-party laws and regulations, combined with the actual work, Macun Town innovated the "three measures" to strictly regulate the party's organizational life and build a strong and powerful party organization.
Strengthen guidance and training
Establish a system of organizational life patrol and attendance, and section-level cadres respectively guarantee 28 rural party branches, 21 "two new" party branches and 11 organ party branches, and participate in and guide the organizational life of each party branch, such as "three meetings and one lesson", theme party days, organizational life meetings, and democratic evaluation of party members. Strengthen organizational life business training, hold a training meeting every quarter, covering more than 200 party branch secretaries, party branch organization members, party workers and party building instructors, and arrange and deploy the key work of party building in the next quarter while carrying out training.
Strengthen supervision and implementation
Adhere to the implementation of organizational life as an important part of the performance assessment of the branch secretary, include it in the monthly key work assessment, and tighten the specific responsibilities of the party branch and the direct responsibility of the party branch secretary. The town party committee set up a supervision group to review the organizational life records of the party branch under its jurisdiction every month, supervise and inspect the development of organizational life once a quarter, and carry out an organizational life exchange and observation activity every six months, so as to improve together in mutual exchanges and mutual learning.
Enrich the form of activities
With the "Theme Party Day +" series of characteristic activities, combined with special activities such as typical education, pioneering and striving for excellence, open party affairs, and volunteer activities, party members and cadres have been organized to learn from "role models" for 4 times and "role models to teach party lessons" for 2 times. Organize party members and cadres to go to Zeng Temple and Wu's Temple to study in phases and batches, enhance the party spirit awareness of party members and cadres through on-site teaching activities, make the activities both "new" and "heart", and enhance the attractiveness and appeal of the theme party day activities.
