At the scene of mutual review, we had in-depth exchanges, carefully summarized and analyzed, and while discovering the highlights of each other's work, we openly and honestly highlighted the problems and confusions encountered, jointly identified the crux of the problem, and put forward solutions to the outstanding problems. Through mutual review and evaluation, the sub-district finance office made horizontal comparisons and longitudinal combing, improved its work ability in mutual reference and mutual inspiration, learned from each other's strengths and weaknesses in finding reasons and gaps, and improved the business innovation level of the staff.
