A few days ago, Zhiyi Automobile learned from relevant channels that BYD Qin L will be officially unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show that opened on April 25.
In terms of appearance, according to the exposed pictures, BYD Qin L adopts the latest design language of the BYD family as a whole, and the front face also adopts the design of a closed grille, with new matrix headlights on both sides, and its visual recognition is also more prominent. At the same time, the lower bracket has been blackened and finished with chrome trim strips, and the narrow deflectors on both sides also create a nice sporty atmosphere.
On the side of the car, the sleek waistline runs from the front to the rear, and with the large wheels, its visual effect is also sporty. However, the new car will also adopt the design of traditional door handles, which is also a bit "outdated" compared to mainstream models. In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height of the new car are 4830/1900/1495mm, and the wheelbase is 2790mm.
The tail also adopts the design of through-type taillights, with a built-in "Chinese knot" style lamp cavity structure, with BYD brand LOGO, and its night recognition is also more prominent. At the same time, the large diffuser underneath and the "ducktail" spoiler on the roof also create a nice sporty atmosphere.
As for the interior, the BYD Qin L will also adopt a new design language. Compared with the current BYD Qin PLUS, the new car will also be equipped with a larger LCD instrument and central control screen, with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and electronic gear lever design, and the overall visual effect is also full of science and technology. At the same time, the new car will also have a built-in DiLink 5.0 in-vehicle system, and support OTA upgrades, WIFI hotspots, AutoNavi navigation and other functions.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with BYD's fifth-generation DM-i system, and the fuel consumption will be less than 3 liters per 100 kilometers. In terms of battery life, according to different configuration models, the new car will also provide two different pure electric range models of 60 and 90km, and the comprehensive range can reach about 2000km when fully fueled and fully charged.
In terms of price, with the BYD Qin PLUS setting off a new round of price reductions across the country, the starting price of the new car will also be within 100,000 yuan, and will form a "sister" model with the BYD Qin PLUS.
