Third, technology is also a big issue. Now that science and technology are so advanced, agricultural technology is also constantly improving. Some people may be tempted to say that they feel that the new technology may not be suitable for their field, or they are worried that the investment in the new technology is too large and the return may not be guaranteed. I can understand this thinking, but did you know that new technologies are often able to improve the yield and quality of crops, which in turn increases farmers' incomes? Moreover, the government is now promoting new agricultural technologies, providing training and subsidies to help farmers keep up. Therefore, I think that farmers should be more active in learning and applying new technologies to improve agricultural production efficiency.

Fourth, the level of education cannot be ignored. I have often heard people say that peasants have a low level of education and cannot read a few characters, so how can they do a good job in agricultural production? I really dare not agree with this viewpoint. Did you know that agriculture is no longer just manual work, but also needs people who understand technology to do it? A lot of modern agricultural equipment needs someone to know how to operate and maintain. If the cultural level of the peasant brothers can be improved, and the ability to learn new knowledge and new technologies will also be enhanced, then they will have more advantages in agricultural production. Therefore, I think that both the government and society should pay more attention to the education of farmers, provide more educational resources, and help them improve their cultural level.

Fifth, social security must also keep up. Now that society is changing so fast, the peasant brothers also need social security to ensure their basic livelihood. For example, medical insurance, pension insurance, etc., are very much needed by the peasant brothers. With these guarantees, they can work in agriculture with more peace of mind and do not have to worry about getting sick or providing for their old age. Moreover, with social security, the farmer brothers will also be more motivated to learn and apply new technologies to improve their income.
