In-depth study and reference to the advanced experience of Zhejiang's "Ten Million Project" is of great importance to Zhongjiang County, a major agricultural county in Sichuan Province. From April 8th to 12th, Zhongjiang County's 2024 "Ten Million Project" Seminar (Phase II) was held in Huzhou City and Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. During the period, the participants of the special seminar organized by Zhongjiang County successively visited 6 characteristic demonstration villages in 3 counties and districts in Huzhou City and Hangzhou City to learn the local experience and practices in leading rural revitalization, emerging rural industry cultivation, digital village construction, and rural grassroots governance in accordance with local conditions.
Zhejiang's countryside has beautiful landscapes and unique characteristics. Lucun, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, takes the construction of "World Rural Tourism Town" as the core, plans the overall layout of "one town and four districts", and leads the development of conference vacations, homestay health, water night tours, cultural creativity, education and training and other multi-format development with the integration of culture and tourism. Yucun, Anji County, Huzhou City, is the birthplace of the concept of "Two Mountains", the birthplace of China's beautiful countryside and the pioneer of green development. Jingshan Village, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, takes "digital + agriculture, cultural tourism" as the direction, and starts from the aspects of village living environment, industrial development, rural civilization, rural governance, and talent cultivation, to build a "future village" demonstration area with "nostalgia can be sent, and the future can be expected". Xiaogucheng Village, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, has continuously deepened the closed-loop of grassroots democratic supervision of "honesty and common prosperity" with "everyone's affairs are discussed by everyone" as the core, forming a virtuous circle and good ecology of "villagers actively supervise, cadres are diligent and honest, and the village is clean and the people are rich and the industry is prosperous".

Zhongjiang County is the hometown of Huang Jiguang, a special hero of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army and a special hero, located in the northwest of the Sichuan Basin, and is a typical hilly agricultural county with a large population. The county covers an area of 2,200 square kilometers and has a total population of 1.343 million. The total grain output ranks first in Sichuan, the pig slaughter and oil production rank second in Sichuan, and Zhongjiang County has two major Chinese medicinal materials of salvia and white peony, which is one of the provincial production areas of "Sichuan medicine".
Rural revitalization is a basic project to build an agricultural power.
