In order to effectively ensure the openness, transparency, fairness and justice of the third phase of the resettlement housing division of Shenhua New Village, on the morning of April 15, Li Sheng, deputy director of the Shenmu City Notary Office, led the notary staff to conduct on-site notarization of the housing division work in accordance with the law, and conscientiously performed the duties of notarization supervision.
At the site of the subdivision, the Shenmu City Notary Office strictly implements the policy and discipline of the subdivision, and the notary personnel have carried out a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the sealing of the number box and the document bag containing the room number, and registered and confirmed the extracted room number on the spot, so as to ensure the orderly development of the work of the subdivision, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the resettlement residents, and successfully complete the notarization work.
