On May 6, 2016, the General Office of the State Administration of Safety Supervision on the "4.29" Dust Explosion Accident of Jingyixing Hardware Processing Factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province (Guan Si [2016] No. 39) of the General Office of Safety Supervision proposed "dust explosion-related enterprises in the industry and trade industry" in Annex 1.

Dust explosion-related enterprises
Article 2 of the "Safety Regulations on Dust Explosion Prevention of Industry and Trade Enterprises" (Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Emergency Management).
Metallurgical, non-ferrous metals, building materials, machinery, light industry, textile, tobacco, commerce and trade and other industrial and trade enterprises with the risk of combustible dust explosion (hereinafter referred to as dust explosion-related enterprises)

Definition point 1: There is a risk of explosion of combustible dust;
is a qualitative question, not a quantitative one.
It is related to whether there is a combustible dust explosion hazard, and has nothing to do with the location, place, quantity and size of the combustible dust explosion hazard
Definition point 2: metallurgy, nonferrous metals, building materials, machinery, light industry, textile, tobacco, commerce and other industrial and trade enterprises.
is a matter of regulatory scope; It is defined in accordance with the safety supervision classification standards of the Ministry of Emergency Management
The supervision of enterprises in other industries is not within this scope, but it does not mean that enterprises in other industries do not have the risk of dust explosion.
