At about 15 o'clock on April 14, the Qianxi City Fire and Rescue Brigade received the dispatch from the command center of the Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment, and a child located in Wenhua Road, Liancheng Street, Qianxi City, was stuck in the guardrail of the anti-theft window and needed to be rescued. After receiving the dispatch, the Jinfeng Avenue Fire and Rescue Station of Qianxi City immediately dispatched 1 car and 6 people to the scene and kept in touch with the little girl who called the police. The little girl not only explained the situation of her brother's card and home address, but also "sent" another little girl to the intersection to wait for the firefighters.
Fire and rescue personnel arrived at the designated intersection, led by the little girl, to the scene, and found a 3-year-old boy whose head was stuck in the guardrail of the anti-theft window, crying because he was scared.
After understanding the situation, the fire rescue personnel comforted the little boy while using hydraulic expansion pliers to expand the window guardrail. After 10 minutes of rescue, the little boy was safely rescued.
It is understood that the adults went out temporarily, and the three children were playing at home, and accidentally closed the door of the room and locked it outside, so they asked the little boy to get into the house from the window and open the door, but he didn't know that the little boy's head was in a dilemma just after getting into the guardrail. Fortunately, the 10-year-old sister responded calmly and called the police on 119 for help, clearly explaining the situation.
The fire department reminds: in daily life, parents should do a good job of safety education for their children, so that they realize that the door cracks, anti-theft nets, protective fences, outdoor tables, chairs, benches, escalators, fitness equipment, etc. are all places where children are often stuck, and children should be taught not to climb high places, not to drill into narrow gaps, in case of emergency, do not pull hard, and immediately call 119 for help.
