"Neighbors, excuse me, kneel and beg everyone to save the children. Recently, in a community owner group, the "owner" with the online name "Xue" sent a fundraising message in the group, saying, "The child is 7 years old, fighting cancer for three years, the current situation is very urgent, the hospital is urging to pay, there is really no way, ask the neighbor to save the child......"
Seeing that a child was sick, many kind-hearted neighbors in the group donated money and gave their love. "Snow" also thanked the neighbors in the group. However, some attentive owners found that this "neighbor" not only posted fundraising information in one group, but also posted fundraising information as a neighbor in other community owner groups.
Subsequently, the owners of the community questioned this, asking which property it was in the community, and "Xue" explained in the group that he had been doing business outside all the year round, and had recently returned to the group for the New Year, and said that this was the child of a relative, in order to spread the news. But such a statement does not convince the owners, "It's so hateful, taking advantage of everyone's sympathy to defraud." ”
After the incident, the property and some owners added "Xue" on WeChat and sent private messages to her, but the other party did not reply and withdrew from the owner group. This move further confirms the suspicion of fraud by the other party. The property immediately reported to the police, and the case is currently under further investigation.

How can community owners be careful?
Community owners: Don't scan unknown QR codes at will, don't trust the sales information in the group, don't add unfamiliar WeChat accounts, don't join unfamiliar WeChat groups, and don't click on unknown links at will, so as not to cause property losses.
Owner group managers: to assume the corresponding supervision responsibilities, once suspicious people and situations are found, timely and properly come forward to clarify, deal with, and kick suspicious people out of the group chat.
