At 12:12 a.m. Beijing time on April 15, 2024, the mainland successfully launched the four-dimensional Gaojing-3-01 satellite using the Long March-2D carrier rocket at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The satellite mainly provides commercial remote sensing data services for emerging markets such as digital agriculture, urban information modeling, and real-world 3D, as well as traditional fields such as land surveying and mapping, disaster prevention and mitigation, and maritime monitoring.
This mission is the 516th flight of the Long March family of launch vehicles.
