From April 6th to 11th, the Hunan Provincial Party and Government Delegation went to Hainan, Anhui and Shanghai to study and investigate, and immediately held a summary meeting after the study and inspection to exchange learning experience and study how to use "stones from other mountains" to promote the digestion and absorption of advanced experience and the transformation of learning results. This is the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government after General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Hunan, in order to better implement the mission and tasks entrusted to Hunan by the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping, better grasp the law of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up in the new era, better promote the competition to catch up and surpass, and further enhance the sense of urgency and crisis to grasp development, fight the economy, and promote opening up, turn pressure into motivation, and do a more solid and effective job in the current work.
3 provinces and cities, 39 study and inspection sites, 3 symposiums, all the way to investigate, all the way to study, all the way to ponder...... The 6-day study and investigation, with a compact itinerary, prominent theme, rich content and fruitful results, is not only a journey of learning and learning from experience, but also a journey of deepening cooperation, and a development journey of benchmarking advanced and inspiring progress. Hainan is the frontier of the mainland's opening up to the outside world and an important hub for smooth domestic and international dual circulation, Anhui is the only province covered by the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the rise strategy of the central region at the same time, and Shanghai is an important window for Chinese-style modernization. Through the development of Qiongwan and Shanghai in recent years, we have seen the gaps, broadened our horizons, learned experience, strengthened our sense of crisis, and strengthened our determination to reform.

This is what the main leaders of the provincial party committee emphasized at the study and inspection summary meeting, we must learn from the three provinces and cities to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions and instructions the political position and the responsibility of serving the "great man of the country", learn to promote the courage of scientific and technological innovation and the ability of institutional innovation, learn the strategic thinking based on long-term development, and learn the pragmatic style of humility and inclusiveness. "Learning" is the premise, and "using" and "using well" are the key. How should we digest, absorb, transform, and implement the results of our study? The vivid cases of Hainan in promoting high-quality development with its innovative spirit and openness, Anhui's successful experience in the construction of national laboratories, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the cultivation of industrial ecology, and Shanghai's efforts to build a "people's city" and promote high-quality urban development with high-level urban governance are all worthy of learning from Hunan. The key to continuously deepening and speeding up the transformation of the results of this study and inspection lies in how to make good use of the development experience of the three provinces and municipalities in Qiong, Anhui, and Shanghai, conscientiously study their good experiences, good practices, and good mechanisms, and do a good job of turning the advanced experience into Hunan and localization. In particular, Hunan and Qiong, Anhui and Shanghai provinces and cities have the same direction of development and complementary advantages, and have broad cooperation space and potential in docking major national strategies, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, and taking advantage of "opening up".
Looking at the advanced and finding the gap, we deeply felt the firm pace and strong momentum of the development of the three provinces and cities in this study and inspection. At present, the important task before us is to think deeply about how to narrow the gap in the course of learning from the advanced and how to learn from each other's strengths and make up for weaknesses in identifying shortcomings. We must further enhance the sense of urgency and crisis of grasping development, fighting for the economy, and promoting opening-up, grasp the implementation of benchmarks, catch up with learning and promote development, and earnestly transform the learning results into actual results in promoting high-quality economic and social development, strive to add luster to the overall situation with the light of one domain, and strive to write a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Hunan.
