Event scale: 2000 people, 55km-300 people, 35km-500 people, 12km-1200 people

Registration Instructions
- After successful registration, the registration fee will not be refunded, the entries cannot be changed, and the entry quota cannot be transferred privately
- Except for the 12km experience group, all participants in all groups must bring the track and master the track navigation technology

Eligibility
35km/55km组别选手报名资格:
1. 18-65 years old (born between 1960 and 2007)
2. Applicants must have completed more than 15km cross-country or half marathon
Qualifications for participants in the 12km experience group:
1. 5-65 years old (born from 1960 to 2020)
2. Minors need to be accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian also needs to register
3. Have a certain sports foundation

Instructions for Registration
Be in good health, have no injuries or illnesses on the day of the race, and those with the following medical conditions are not suitable to participate:
1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3) Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4) Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
5) Diabetic patients with high or low blood sugar;
6) 严重恐高者;
7) Pregnant women/patients with other diseases that are not suitable for exercise.
To participate in this event, you must sign a waiver agreement before the event starts.
Note: During the event, participants are personally responsible for personal injuries and property losses caused by personal health and other personal reasons.

Event Notice
1. If the event cannot be carried out as originally planned due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the route or time of the competition, and the organizer has the final right to interpret the competition;
2. Handle personal accident insurance for the participants during the competition, and the insurance company will make claims according to the specific circumstances for the accidents that occur during the competition, and the organizer will not be liable.
3. If participants need to increase the amount of insurance, they can purchase it by themselves.
4. The bib number must be placed in front and be clearly visible at all times.

Access to clothing
This event provides runners with bag storage services, and contestants use small number bibs to store their clothes in the designated area of the starting point, and after arriving at the finish line, they use the corresponding number bib to collect their clothes. The organizing committee recommends that the contestants do not store valuables in the bag (such as mobile phones, valid documents, cash, various keys, credit cards, iPads, etc.), if damaged or lost, all the consequences shall be borne by the contestants.
