In response to this matter, the staff of the Wutian Sub-district Office said that the Sub-district Office was aware of the matter and the leaders would deal with it.
According to online news, the chat records between Chen Moufeng and the woman were sent to the Zhejiang Zhengding chat group by Chen Moufeng's wife, and some of the messages were withdrawn.
Several chat pictures show that a netizen with a female avatar is marked as "Cai Mouyun", and the chat content between the two sides is very ambiguous, and the netizen with a male avatar said to each other that his eyes, heart, and brain have been filled with each other.
Another video shows that on the afternoon of April 11, a "letter of apology" printed out of A4 paper appeared on many cars on Xinhe Street, Wenzhou, and the publisher of the letter claimed to be Cai Mouyun, who took the initiative to dedicate himself to Chen Moufeng many times because he wanted to mobilize the department, and his parents asked him to apologize to the society, and the payment was made on April 10.

Public reports show that Chen Moufeng is indeed the deputy director of the Wutian Street Office in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, and a picture of Chen Moufeng's resume information is also circulating on the Internet, which shows that Chen Moufeng was born in 1981, has a postgraduate degree, and has worked in the Information Management Center of the Ouhai District Government Office, the Ouhai District E-Government Center and other departments.
However, the reporter logged on to the website of the Ouhai District Government and found that there was no resume information of Chen Moufeng in the leadership information column of the Wutian Street Office. According to public information, Chen Moufeng was rated as a model worker by Ouhai District in 2017.
On the morning of April 12, the reporter contacted the Wutian Street Office to understand the situation, and the staff said that Chen Moufeng was indeed the deputy director of the office and was currently on temporary duty in other units.
