1. Where can I check the food and beverage vouchers after receiving them, and how can I use them?
Users who have received food and beverage vouchers can check the information on receiving consumption vouchers from the "My Red Envelope Card Coupons" section of the Meituan app. Users can select the group purchase products of participating catering merchants on the "Guangrao Consumption Promotion Year" activity page (consumption vouchers can only be used for group purchase products launched by participating merchants). When the food and beverage vouchers are used, they will be automatically reduced if the conditions for the full reduction of the vouchers are met.
2. How long is the validity period of the group purchase products purchased with food and beverage consumption vouchers, and can I get a refund if I forget to consume after the purchase expires?
The group purchase products purchased by users using food and beverage consumption vouchers shall be valid from the date of purchase until the validity date of the group purchase products, but shall not exceed the validity period of the consumption voucher issued in the current round. The unused group purchase products within the validity period will be automatically refunded after expiration, and the food and beverage consumption vouchers used to purchase the group purchase products will not be able to be used again if the expiration date has expired. If the voucher is not purchased within the validity period or is not written off after purchase, the consumption voucher will automatically become invalid when it expires. If the purchase is not written off, the system will automatically refund the purchase fee.
3. Can I apply for a refund if I accidentally buy the wrong group purchase product, or if I don't want to consume it after purchasing?
After using the food and beverage voucher to purchase a group purchase product, the user can open the unconsumed order to be refunded in the order to be used through the Meituan and Dianping apps, click Apply for Refund (as shown below) for refund processing, and the system will refund the actual payment to the original method within 1-3 working days.
The validity period of the consumption voucher will remain unchanged, and the user can use the consumption voucher within the validity period to purchase the required group purchase products according to personal preferences. If the voucher has expired or the order is partially refunded within the validity period at the time of refund, the voucher will not be refunded and cannot be used again.
4. Can I receive the consumption voucher multiple times and use it together?
If the same account number, mobile phone number, ID number, mobile device, bank card, payment account or other information is the same, and any of the conditions are met, it will be regarded as the same account. In the same disbursement round, each consumer is limited to one time to receive 3 food and beverage vouchers of different denominations, and each order is limited to 1 consumption voucher. A single consumption voucher can only be used for a single product or a single product cumulatively purchased by group purchase, and cannot be used for joint settlement of different products.
