In order to promote national reading and create a strong atmosphere of loving reading, reading good books, and being good at reading, from April 8, Xi'an released the "Public Welfare Xi'an" column, together with Shaanxi Chunshan Education Foundation, Beilin District Library, Yanta District Library, Weiyang District Library, Xincheng District Library, Chang'an District Library, and 18 reading spaces in Xi'an, on the occasion of the 29th World Book Day, jointly launched the "April for Reading for Love" immersive reading public welfare challenge activity.

Yanta District Library is a public welfare public library invested and built by the Yanta District Government, which is open to the public free of charge, collecting, sorting and preserving literature and information, providing inquiry, borrowing and related services, and carrying out social education. With a construction area of about 3,408 square meters, a collection of 96,389 books, 176 kinds of newspapers and magazines, it is a modern library integrating modern information technology and self-service equipment.

Xincheng District Library is a public welfare library sponsored by the Xincheng District Government, which mainly carries out lectures and training, exhibitions, reading promotion and other activities for the society, and provides services such as literature borrowing, information consultation, self-study and electronic reading. The library adopts a sunken space design, with more than 70,000 paper books, a total of three floors, 1,300 reading seats, and an average of about 3,000 readers per day. Through the combination of intelligent management and intelligent equipment, the application of artificial intelligence, VR experience and other technologies and equipment, it has become a modern, intelligent and comprehensive public library.

How to Participate:
Step 1: Scan the QR code below to register and select the reading space you want to go to.
Step 2: Go to the reading space, scan the QR code of the event poster to sign in, and pick up the event sticker at the front desk.
Step 3: Choose a book and seat in the reading space and start enjoying immersive reading. After reading, scan the QR code of the event to sign out.
Reading time≥ 1 hour
You can get an "electronic activity certificate" online, and you can get a Chunshan commemorative badge on the spot.
Reading time≥ 3 hours
After the event, you can go to the designated location to receive a "paper activity certificate". The top 100 friends in terms of reading time will receive 1 book blind bag. (A staff member will notify you to pick it up)
Tip: During the event, you can go to a number of designated reading spaces to participate in the activity, and the reading time can be accumulated.
