In some ways, there are all kinds of problems encountered in learning, and when solving those problems, some emotions often come out, and when experiencing those situations, there are often some experiences of pain and happiness.
Of course, for me, there are all kinds of experiences when I write, especially in a state of "Writing on the Fly", and more anxiety arises. The reason for this state is most likely because I feel that one mind cannot be used for two purposes.
In the midst of busy writing, there are often times when you stop to do other things, and when your thoughts are interrupted, it is very likely that you will not be able to catch up. When such a situation arises, there is often some frustration.
When frustration arises, frustration ensues. If you want to change this situation, you need some specific things for the people in it, such as changing the impact of some things on yourself, I think of habits, and it is with this thought that there is the fourth article of this week, "Changing habits is changing fate".
In fact, another reason for writing such an article is that I read a book related to habits this week, which made me have a further understanding of habits. It is precisely with these two days of factors, with further thinking about habits, and in further thinking, I wrote the article "Changing Habits is Changing Destiny".

With such an understanding, I wrote down articles like "Although the road is far, the line is coming!". Sometimes writing something encouraging is, in fact, encouraging yourself.
It is not easy to reach a certain height on the road of walking and writing, and even if it is a long distance, there will be the possibility that although the road is far, the line will be imminent. To a certain extent, no matter what kind of thing you do, this is the case, although the road is far away, as long as you are always in action, there will be a moment of arrival.
Taken together, this week's writing was done in a situation that was both tense and procrastinating. The nervous state is due to the work task, and the intense work makes people can't help but lose their concentration to do things. When you are nervous, you will want to relax. However, because I have a plan to write every day, I will seize the time to read some books and think about the content of my writing when I am not resting.
After all, people's energy is limited, and after being busy with work, they are already a little tired, and if they want to concentrate on writing, they need to readjust their state. In the process of adjustment, there will be some procrastination, which can be seen that there is still room for further optimization in the current state of writing, for example, if the procrastination can be reduced, there will be more time and energy to devote to writing.
Having said that, you can't always be in a tense state, and it turns out that with some redundant time, you can also adjust the pace. Rest is also for the next step to do better things, and for some behaviors that are considered bad, it is also necessary to have time to adjust accordingly. What kind of things to do, you can't be in a hurry, you can't stop, and you can complete the plan step by step, so that it is possible to go further on the road of growth.
