The project will be unveiled under the new name "Melt Stone Plaza" and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year.

In the construction site, green tarpaulins are spread all over the ground, and steel bars and steel pipes to be used are placed in a staggered and orderly manner, and the builders are carrying out internal construction operations in an intense and orderly manner.
As one of the projects in the north area of the new Shougang International Talent Community, the Rongshi Plaza project is located on the east side of the north area of Shougang Park, close to the North Xin'an Station of Metro Line 11, and separated from the second blast furnace and the first street, and consists of 5 buildings to form an enclosed design. While making full use of and retaining the intact industrial heritage of the sintering plant, the project consists of super Grade A office buildings, light luxury apartments, and themed commercial facilities, which together form a diversified office and living field.
According to Sui Xingtong, director of investment promotion of Shoucheng Rongshi Industry, the area to which the Rongshi Plaza project belongs was originally a sintering production process area for the pre-ironmaking process. The chimney at the northeast corner of the project and Building 1 on the north side preserve the industrial remains of the production period to the greatest extent. Building 1 is a multi-functional office building rebuilt from the original sintering plant, which is rebuilt on the original site after the demolition of the old plant of Shougang sintering plant. Building 1 is a commercial shopping center from the first basement to the third floor above ground, and the fourth to ninth floors above ground are office areas, which is an office building integrating office and commerce, which will focus on attracting a new generation of information technology and technology services, smart city industries, information content consumption industries and other "high-tech" enterprises to settle in, and at the same time introduce commercial formats such as black pearl brands, immersive theaters, and exquisite lifestyle anchor stores. Buildings 8 and 2 on the east and west sides of the project are single-family office buildings and super Grade A office buildings, respectively. Buildings 6 and 7 on the south side are supporting apartments for talents, with a total of 507 hardcover apartments, giving priority to providing hotel-style living experience for talents settled in enterprises and attracting mid-to-high-end corporate headquarters.

The new Shougang International Talent Community Project, known as the "Talent Magnetic Field", is a key project of Beijing and one of the first four pilot international talent communities approved by the Beijing Talent Work Leading Group. As one of the projects in the north area of the new Shougang International Talent Community, Rongshi Plaza is committed to building an "international talent gathering area, talent policy pilot area, innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration area, and livable and business-friendly model area", and is another key industrial park project built by Shoucheng Rongshi (Beijing) Fund Management Co., Ltd. after Liugonghui and Shougang Winter Olympic Plaza. According to the project plan, Rongshi Plaza will complete the construction of the secondary structure in July and meet the conditions for completion acceptance in December.
