Today (April 12), the reporter learned from the Guiyang Meteorological Observatory that from tomorrow evening to night, there will be strong convective weather such as thunder, lightning, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation on the central line of Guiyang, and the possibility of large hail in the thunderstorm is not ruled out. The Meteorological Observatory reminds the public and relevant departments to take precautions and take countermeasures in advance to avoid or mitigate the losses and impacts caused by severe weather.
Zhao Jie, chief forecaster and senior engineer of Guiyang Meteorological Observatory, said that as the stationary front retreats eastward, the temperature will rise significantly during the day tomorrow, and the maximum temperature will rise to about 29 °C. The general public should pay attention to the forecast and warning issued by the meteorological department in time, and try to park the vehicle in the garage after work.
According to the analysis of the current meteorological data, the areas of moderate to heavy rain precipitation are mainly in Qingzhen City, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang Main Urban Area, and Wudang District, and not only the probability of hail is high, but also the probability of short-term heavy precipitation is not small, and the southeast of Xiuwen County, Kaiyang County, and Xifeng County also has the possibility of hail. In terms of the timing of the occurrence of strong convection, the approximate time starts at around 5 p.m. and lasts around 23 p.m.
At present, the meteorological department of Guiyang City has been fully prepared, closely monitor weather changes, artificial weather modification department into a state of combat readiness, complete the inspection and maintenance of equipment and materials, when there is strong convective weather, in the airspace under the conditions of active development of artificial hail prevention and disaster mitigation operations, to maximize the guarantee of agricultural spring production continues to advance, reduce the loss of hail to rape, fruits and vegetables and other crops.

Friday (April 12 night) cloudy with scattered showers or thunderstorms, strong convective weather in the west and north, fog from night to morning, and the temperature in the main urban area is 18 °C ~ 20 °C.
Saturday (April 13), cloudy and cloudy, with showers or thunderstorms from evening to night, moderate to heavy rainfall, thunderstorms in the central part of the country accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds, hail, short-term heavy precipitation and other strong convective weather, the temperature in the main urban area is 17 °C ~ 29 °C.
On Sunday (April 14), it was cloudy and overcast, and the temperature in the main urban area was 18 °C ~ 26 °C.
On Monday (April 15), it was cloudy with scattered showers, and the temperature in the main urban area was 13 °C ~ 19 °C.
On Tuesday (April 16), it was cloudy with showers or thunderstorms, and the temperature in the main urban area was 16 °C ~ 24 °C.
