At the same time, the Supreme Court of Thailand has ruled that it is a crime to splash alcohol on someone's face and cause bodily harm, or to splash water on another person to cause property damage. In addition, property damage such as damage to mobile phones caused by splashing water can also face up to 3 years in prison or a fine of 60,000 baht, or both.
