Shigujie Scenic Area is located in Qianxi Village, Xiyuan Township, at the junction of Xianyou, Dehua and Yongtai counties, with an elevation of 1803.3 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Putian City, which can be called the "roof of central Fujian" and "one of the top ten classic hiking routes in Fujian". Shigu Jiejing Scenic Area takes the theme of valley and strange stones, the terrain is majestic and steep, the stream is full of clear water, and the strange peaks and strange rocks are craggy, which has attracted many tourists to go to mountaineering and camping in recent years, chasing the sunrise, sunset, and the sea of clouds.
In order to further promote the development of all-for-one tourism, the Party Committee and Government of Xiyuan Township call on tourists to actively participate in the environmental protection action of "environmental protection accompanies me, civilization can be redeemed". The prize redemption site is the kiosk at the foot of the mountain in Shigu Xie Scenic Area, and the redemption time is 10:00-18:00 every day (except special days, rainy days, and bad weather).

Mountaineering enthusiasts can pick up degradable garbage bags at the kiosk at the foot of the mountain before climbing, bag the garbage they produce or pick up on the road during the climbing process, and register the information at the exchange station with the collected garbage (such as plastic garbage, fruit peels and other waste items, except stones, trees, mountain spring water, etc.), and exchange them for different gifts according to the weight or quantity of garbage (exquisite fans, summit medals, hats, trekking poles, thermos cups, etc.). (1) Garbage weight of 1 kg or more, exchange for 1 exquisite fan; (2) Garbage weight of 3 kg or more, exchange for 1 medal; (3) Garbage weight of 5 kg or more or plastic bottles, easy-pull irrigation 30 or more, exchange for 1 hat; (4) Garbage weight of 8 kg or more or plastic bottles, easy-pull irrigation 60 or more, exchange for 1 trekking pole or 1 thermos cup.
