In recent years, Jinshiyuan Liquor has always been in the leading position in the industry in terms of liquor production technology research and development and equipment. As early as 2005, Jinshiyuan Liquor began the research and development of automated liquor production lines, and started automation and informatization upgrades in liquor blending and inventory management. In 2015, China's first retort robot production line was put into operation in Jinshiyuan Liquor. In 2016, the China Liquor Industry Association awarded Jinshiyuan Liquor the title of "China Liquor Intelligent Brewing Demonstration Workshop". As a benchmark for the transformation and upgrading of intelligent brewing in the liquor industry, Jinshiyuan Liquor uses SAP, MES smart factory system and quality whole-process traceability system to build a digital and information system, and realizes the digitization of the whole process of liquor production, such as automatic distribution of raw and auxiliary materials, intelligent batching, intelligent retort loading, intelligent grading and wine picking, and temperature measurement of the Internet of Things. Among them, the MES system covers production plan management, brewing production control, production quality management, cellar Internet of Things, energy consumption management, big data analysis and other modules, the system monitors the process parameters in the process of brewing the original liquor in real time, reflects the production execution status online, automatically determines the quality indicators of key process nodes, and forms alarm prompts, so as to fully realize the "visualization" of production process monitoring and process traceability.
Today, Shiyuan has also launched a technical transformation and expansion project in the south plant with an investment of more than 12 billion yuan. In the future, a 5G private network will be established to support digitalization, networking and automation, and the plant network can adapt to the industrial fieldbus protocol, realize the dual network integration and interoperability of the production network and the information network, and realize data integration and visualization through the integration of multiple communication protocols and the establishment of a real-time database that can store big data. The intelligent network logistics system under construction, including the intelligent logistics system in the factory area and the intelligent warehousing system in the factory area, solves the problem of dense stacking of order varieties through AGV and RGV, and realizes the integration with the ERP system. At the same time, the network security system is sorted out and optimized, and the information security strategy is implemented in combination with network equipment or network monitoring software. The intelligent manufacturing system is implemented on the packaging production line to realize the automation and intelligent management of the production process, and improve the stability of production efficiency and product quality.
