In view of the common, personalized and diversified financial demands of science and technology enterprises, Guangming District has specially issued the "Work Plan for the Series of Comprehensive Financial Services in Guangming District", which integrates the advantageous resources of the government, funds, banks, securities, insurance, parks, associations and other advantages through seven measures and five themes, so as to provide diversified and diversified resources for science and technology enterprises. With menu-based integrated financial solutions, more than 100 special activities are planned to be carried out throughout the year, including more than 30 bank-enterprise docking, more than 40 project roadshows, more than 20 policy presentations, and more than 10 enterprise cultivation. More than 100 activities served more than 1,000 enterprises, and strive to provide comprehensive financial services to the leading industries in the region, science and technology parks in the region and most of the science and technology enterprises. Up to now, 9 bank-enterprise docking sessions and 1 online roadshow have been carried out, serving more than 60 enterprises.

Shenzhen Science and Technology Sub-branch will develop a number of leading and breakthrough products in terms of use, quota and time limit for science and technology enterprises, such as R&D loans, equity loans, and M&A loans. Guangming District attaches great importance to the introduction and cultivation of science and technology sub-branches, and actively communicates with the Shenzhen Supervision Bureau of the State Financial Supervision and Administration for efforts, and at present, 5 of the first batch of 20 science and technology sub-branches in the city have landed in Guangming.
In the first quarter of this year, Guangming District organized 5 science and technology sub-branches to conduct field research visits and door-to-door services for more than 50 science and technology enterprises in more than 10 science and technology parks. More than 30 enterprises in science and technology parks such as South China Medical Valley carried out centralized special matchmaking meetings to widely publicize the new policies and new products of science and technology sub-branches, which were well received by many science and technology enterprises. In 2024, Guangming District will guide science and technology sub-branches to develop more than 15 innovative financial products, covering at least 500 technology enterprises.

At the same time, more than 100 domestic leading investment institutions are linked through the online mode to form a database of investment institutions in Guangming District. Through the enterprise database and the institution database, high-quality enterprises and investment institutions are screened out for efficient matching, and the accuracy and efficiency of docking are improved.
