After investigation: the driving section of the vehicle in the video is the road in front of the industrial park in the east section of Daban Street, Daban Town, Bahrain Right Banner, and the publisher of the video is the child's father Yang, the police immediately contacted Yang by phone and informed him that he was suspected of violating the law, and Yang refused to cooperate with the investigation for various reasons. After the work of the police, the police of the Traffic Management Brigade of the Bahrain Right Banner Public Security Bureau seized Yang on March 25, 2024, and summoned him to the public security organ for investigation.
According to Yang's confession:
On the afternoon of March 23, 2024, Yang drove a small car with a Meng D brand to play with his daughter, and after driving to Daban Street in Bahrain Right Banner for a distance, his 7-year-old daughter said that she wanted to drive and play, Yang saw that there was no car on the road at that time, and out of doting on the child, he parked the car on the side of the road, let his daughter sit in the driver's seat, and taught his daughter to put on gear, release the brake, and step on the accelerator.

In accordance with the provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "> Measures for the Implementation of the <Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the traffic management department of Bahrain Right Banner imposed a fine of two thousand yuan on Yang, and imposed an administrative penalty of revocation of the driver's license, and the administrative penalty of not re-obtaining the motor vehicle driver's license within two years.
