On April 12, the groundbreaking ceremony of the "Qianfeng Water Town" Start-up Area (Phase I) Project of the Nansha Millions Project Demonstration Project was held in the Qianfeng Community, Zhujiang Street, Nansha District. It is reported that the project will complete the transformation of the start-up area by the end of 2025 and open to the public. Among them, the start-up area (phase I) will be completed and opened to the public by the end of 2024.
Multicultural collision, tell a new story of the integration of rural culture and tourism
Qianfeng Water Township Project is a key demonstration project of the Millions of Projects in Nansha District, located in Qianfeng Community, Zhujiang Street, Nansha District, across the river from the Pearl Bay starting area where high-end service industries gather, and close to the Pearl Science Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on the south side.
The project covers a total area of 676 acres, with a total length of 3.35 kilometers within the project area, and Nansha Modern Agricultural Industrial Park together form the most beautiful 10,000 acres of pastoral water town landscape in Guangzhou, with rich natural and human resources, water, fields, forests, and houses are intertwined, and the Tanjia culture, returned overseas Chinese culture, reclamation culture, and educated youth culture are rich in connotation and colorful, and it is a rural relics and a treasure house of nostalgic memories with the local cultural characteristics of Nansha. The project will focus on digging deep into the historical and cultural stories of Qianfeng Village and the cultural and tourism resources with local characteristics, striving to build a fun experience place in Nansha City and a future city in search of nostalgia, tell a new story of the integration of rural culture and tourism, and help Nansha create a global tourism demonstration area.
Diversified business layout to create a new experience of rural cultural tourism and leisure
The Qianfeng Water Town Project plans to build a benchmark project of the Nansha Millions Project with "Lingnan characteristics, pastoral style, and Chinese style", and create a comprehensive cultural and tourism block with Lingnan characteristics that integrates cultural exchanges, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship incubation, tourist destinations and residents' leisure places, and brings new experiences of rural cultural tourism and leisure to the general public.
With the goal of "based in the Bay Area, cooperating with Hong Kong and Macao, and facing the world", the project is committed to creating a new position for cultural exchanges between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and through planning and organizing activities such as Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macao Cantonese Opera Week, Lingnan Wulin Heroes' Association, Cantonese Food and Cantonese Food, and Youth Cantonese Opera Exchange Program, the project will launch special cultural and tourism products such as Lingnan culture, special food, and intangible cultural heritage that young people like to see, so as to promote young people in the Greater Bay Area to learn and experience Lingnan culture through exchanges and exchanges, and cultivate the cultural heritage of the same ancestry.
