On April 11th, the third day of the third lunar month, it is a good time for spring outing, and the first "Wangwu Thousand Mu Pear Garden" Pear Blossom Cultural Festival in the small shop area of "Damei Xiaodian Pear Rhyme" was grandly opened. Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, second-level inspector Yang Yuhua came to the scene. District leaders Yuan Erming, An Xiaogang, Liang Genhui, Wen Xichang, Guo Guoquan, Guo Lihe, and Fan Yueqing attended the event. Relevant departments directly under the district, relevant street and township leaders, and relevant enterprise leaders participated.
In Wang Wu's thousand acres of pear orchard, I saw that the pear trees were arranged in a staggered manner, and the pear blossoms were full of branches, swaying gently under the blowing of the spring breeze, looking like snow in the distance, and the sea of flowers was fragrant. At the beginning of the dance "Ode to Pear Blossoms", the dancers performed the charm of pear blossoms with graceful postures; the artists of the District Calligraphers Association splashed ink and wrote down the auspicious ink treasures; citizens and tourists tasted local specialties in the leisure display area; tourists dressed in Hanfu strolled among the pear trees to take photos and check in, and the guests on the scene adopted pear trees one after another......
The Pear Blossom Festival lasted for a week from April 11th to 18th, including "Pear Blossom Love" Youth Hiking, "Pear Garden Flower Appreciation" Photo Contest, Pear Garden Interactive Check-in, Pear Tree Adoption Activity, "Thousand Pear Competition" Calligraphy Collection, Farm Tools Science Exhibition, Encounter Hanfu + Pear Blossom Makeup, Concert Under the Pear Tree, Pear Yun Moxiang Calligraphy and Painting Show, Sweet Pear Yuan Food Street and many other entertainment activities, through the way of "festival activities + leisure tourism + rural revitalization", to carry out distinctive, rich content and full of fireworks and cultural tourism activities.
As a "beautiful leisure village in China", Wangwu Village strives to create a new path for the integrated development of the entire agricultural industry chain and fully promote rural revitalization in accordance with the development idea of "refining the primary industry, expanding the secondary industry, and improving the tertiary industry" in Xiaodian District. At present, the village has planted a total of 500 acres of Zaohebao grapes, 2,000 acres of Yulu fragrant pears, 3,003 acres of high-quality forage bases, and 701 acres of facility agricultural vegetable bases, driving more than 700 villagers to work in the village. Enjoy the sea of flowers in April, pick grapes in July, pick pears in September, and pick strawberries in December, gradually forming a new beautiful rural style of southern planting, livable in the middle, and cultural tourism in the north.
In March last year, as one of the second batch of "rural E towns" in the province determined by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, Xiaodian District Rural E Town settled in Wangwu Village, focusing on cultivating leading industries such as fruit industry, small shop soup industry, and intangible cultural heritage industry, and creatively building a multi-industry aggregation base for eating, drinking, culture, entertainment, tourism, and music, focusing on expanding the agricultural industrial chain and value chain, injecting new momentum into rural development, and the "high value" of village appearance and the "high quality" of industrial development go hand in hand.
In recent years, Xiaodian District has deeply implemented the strategy of "special" and "excellent", focused on doing a good job in "local specialties", promoted the complementarity of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, focused on the development of rural leisure tourism and other industries, accelerated the integration of characteristic agriculture and traditional food, cultural tourism, e-commerce and other formats, accelerated the process of agricultural and rural modernization, and solidly promoted the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
The holding of the Pear Blossom Cultural Festival is a microcosm of the achievements of rural revitalization.
