The Honghe public security organs summoned Li for investigation in accordance with the law, and after arriving at the case, Li confessed to his illegal facts.
According to Li's confession, when he went online, he saw a video of multiple men fighting on the street in a night market outside the province, and in order to win attention, he downloaded and edited the video, marked the place of the incident as "Jianshui" and posted it on the short video platform.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", the Honghe public security organ imposed an administrative penalty on Li in accordance with the law.
