It has carried out 26 civil air defense administrative examination and approvals, and conducted 8 civil air defense popularization propaganda and education sessions; supervised and inspected the routine maintenance and management of the civil air defense projects and air defense sirens that have been built throughout the region; carried out civil air defense training and drills, completed the daily training of mobile command posts, the "18 September" air raid drill, and the siren test activities, so that 100 percent of the machines were turned on and 100 percent sounded; and the work of protecting military installations, integrating military and civilian forces, and investigating the potential of national defense mobilization was carried out in depth and solidly.
