Li Neng Profile
Li Neng is a native of Kunming, Yunnan Province. Born in 1944, he enlisted in the army in 1963 and served in the Political Department of the 1st Regiment of the 1st Iron Division. He was discharged from the army in 1968. He has been working in industrial and scientific and technological systems for a long time. He is a senior engineer, a director of the Yunnan Provincial Expert Association, and the president of the Kunming Iron Soldiers Comrades-in-Arms Association.
He has been sent to the United States, Germany and other countries to do industrial science and technology exchanges, solved a number of technical problems for large and medium-sized enterprises inside and outside the province, and held many international technical exchanges, lectures, training and services for large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and military units in the province (city), and his performance has been selected and entered into the "Dictionary of Chinese Experts", "Dictionary of Chinese Experts and Scholars", "21st Century Talent Pool" and "Dictionary of World Outstanding Experts and Talents".
